Simple Blueberry Syrup.

I make this for breakfast all the time. It is also good with strawberries, or you can go all out and mix them.


Ingredients.


1 Cup fresh blueberries. 
1 Cup granulated sugar.
1/2 Cup water.
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract.

Instructions.

1. Mix all ingredients in a small pot.
2. Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves and bring to a boil.


3. Let it boil for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Start your pancakes. I like to cheat and buy the mix, but I add cinnamon and vanilla to the batter. 


5. Remove syrup from heat.( It will thicken as it cools)
6. Add to your pancakes, and enjoy!
